Lexus Enform Remote* comes complimentary for the first year of ownership. To register, please click the "Manage Subscriptions" link below; or, if you are in your vehicle, just press the Emergency Assistance Button (SOS) located next to the rearview mirror, to connect with the 24-hour response center.

Have you recently enrolled or renewed your Lexus Enform Remote subscription?
Your vehicle may require activation based on the SOS button status with the ignition on. Refer to statuses below for further information:
If the light is Solid Green: Vehicle communication is active (no action needed).
No Green Light Illumination means that there is no active Enform Remote / Safety Connect subscription. Press the SOS button and you will hear the following prompts:
On the first button press:
Prompt: "Safety Connect is not active. For information on setting up a new subscription, or to initialize the subscription you've already set up, please press the button again within 5 seconds."
On the second button press:
Prompt: "Connecting to the call center. Safety Connect activation completed."
Your vehicle's cellular telecommunications are now active. Next, you will need to subscribe to Enform Remote. To Subscribe:
From Your Car:
Press the SOS button.
You will hear the following prompt: "Contacting Safety Connect Call Center. Is this an emergency? "Please say yes or no." You will respond with "No"
Next you will hear "Connecting you to a live agent", and you will be connected to an agent who can enroll you in Enform Remote.

If the light is a Flashing Green: Push the SOS button to end an active call and restore a solid green light. (if the green light continues to flash the vehicle will need to be inspected by a Lexus Dealership)
If the light is Solid Red: The vehicle will need to be inspected by a Lexus Dealership.
