03/08/2013—Here at Lexus magazine, we’ve definitely attempted to show you how comfortable Lexus cabins are.
We once even placed two ice cream scoops in different seats, then melted one scoop—while preserving the other—to demonstrate the LS multi-zone climate control system’s ability to create individualized comfort.
But as Lexus demonstrated this past cold-weather season, there’s a more elegant way to showcase the LS cabin’s cocoon-like environment—using it to sprout tropical orchids in the dead of winter.
Orchids, as you may already be aware, have a reputation for being seriously difficult to grow. While skilled gardeners generally agree that the flowers don’t quite deserve this rep, they also agree that the flowers need the right environment and TLC to thrive in northern climates.
Apparently, the LS cabin is a superb environment—something to keep in mind the next time you’re thinking about your next Lexus test-drive.
