11/16/2010—One perk of Lexus ownership: it comes with some decent VIP status (read: drivers-only deals) at some seriously premium hotels, top wineries, and a little destination golfing resort out west called Pebble Beach (and of course, by “little,” we mean legendary, world-class, and breathtaking).

All for just driving a Lexus.

The reason we’re reminding you about this? Lexus just added a new Lexus-drivers-only benefit at Bardessono hotel in Napa’s Yountville, Calif., which now gives Lexus owners—and only Lexus owners—a $100 dining credit at Bardessono’s restaurant.

The executive chef on hand is Sean O’Toole, whom food bloggers have called everything from “serious goods” to “the mushroom whisperer,” the latter a nod to his wizardry with local, seasonal ingredients, which O’Toole gathers from nearby, small-scale growers, ranchers, cheesemakers, fishmongers, and breadmakers.

And full disclosure: the Lexus magazine team included Bardessono in our recent five-star food crawl through Napa Valley—so when we say the food is downright amazing, our taste buds know of which they speak.

To use your Bardessono benefit, just register or log in to the Lexus Driver’s site, then select Benefits & Events (under Owner Benefits), click “Bardessono” in the Hotels & Resorts area, and then click “Bardessono Lexus Owners Package.”

Enjoy that VIP status!
